Good sized rooms, great location. Perfect for a family. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like Don Kebab, set within 5 minutes walk or so. The staff were affable; it was attractive and competitive value for money.

Only a short distance to attractions, including lake rotorua. It was really close to Lake Rotorua.

Government gardens was easy to reach. Friendly service offered. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Free Wi Fi was working perfectly.
